This is a lovely apartment-refurbished to a superieur standard-on the first floor of a traditional beach villa in Prefailles,on the Loire Atlantique coast near the resort of PORNIC.The beach and the village of Prefailles with its shops,restaurants and cafés are only a short walk from the property and Ile de noirmoutier is just across the water.The apartment is reached via steps and from the patio,guests can admire the colourful botanical garden of M and mme Boquien who live on the ground floor of the villa. the property has two bedrooms,1 double and 1 twin and a bathroom(with bath and shower)and separate wc.The sitting-dining room is modern and airy with a well equipped,fitted kitchen with washing machine. the outside patio is equipped with garden furniture and guests are welcome to use the front garden and barbecue.
